What You’ll Learn:

·      How honoring seasonal cycles and the wisdom of root medicine keeps us grounded

  • Herbal roots that are allies for immune strength, adrenal support, and emotional grounding

  • Traditional methods of preparation: decoctions, oxymels, and tinctures

  • Cultural and folkloric perspectives on roots (e.g., dandelion for letting go, burdock for protection, ashwagandha for restoring strength)
